  1/2 butter in fry pan. Micro strips of bacon (4 minutes - do not cook thru (low cook 200 in fry pan).

  Thin steak sandwich meat. Lean lay = 1 tsp mustard, onion, 1 bacon & 1 pickle on meat. Roll up ends & tie or toothpick.

  Fry pan = put meat - 200 1 hour turn meat or 1 1/2 hours cook - low. Brown gravy - can make 4 cups or can buy in bottle. Either way. pour over meat after 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Cook total = 3 hours covered.

  Serve with... german wine red cabbage beans spatzel noodles or dumplings dark rye bread
