Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef - raw
1 large
onion - chopped
2 c
celery - chopped
1 can(s)
mushrooms - large can - drained
1 pkg
stuffing mix, chicken
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup

Step-By-Step

1Mix together in a large casserole or dutch oven the ground beef, onion, celery and large can of mushrooms. Top with the stuffing cubes. ADD NO WATER.

2In medium size bowl, mix together the soups. DO NOT DILUTE. Pour over the top of the mixture in the casserole dish.

3Cover and bake in 350* oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

4You may add a can of vegetables if you like. Mixed vegetables works well.
