I was thinking the other day about how to cook a roast different and came up with this, I don't know if it's been done before or not but it's really good.

Ingredients For stuffed sirloin roast

3 - 4 lb sirloin tip roast butterflied
steak seasoning
worcestershire sauce
1/2

red bell pepper
1/2

green bell pepper
1/2

yellow bell pepper
1 sm

white onion
butchers string

How To Make stuffed sirloin roast

Season roast with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce (inside and out) and refrigerate for a couple of hours

Chop Peppers and Onions and place inside of roast and tie with Butchers string

Place on Grill, Smoker or in oven set at 350 for 1 hour then roll it over and let it cook 1 hour more
