I came across this recipe in my daughters school cookbook that the parents and parishioners had put together. This is one that I have made several times. If you like stuffed peppers you won't be disappointed. I'm sure you can try this with cabbage also and change the name to Stuffed Cabbage Soup!

Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

2 lbground beef

1 -29 ozcan tomato sauce

1 -29 ozcan diced tomatoes,undrained

2 ccooked long grain white rice

2 cchopped green bell pepper

2beef bouillon, cubes

1/4 cpacked brown sugar

2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

1In a large saucepan or Dutch oven,brown beef; drain. Add remainng ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
