Ingredients For steakhouse roast beef

  • 2 Tbsp
    chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    steak seasoning (i use mccormick perfect pinch steak seasoning)
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce, low sodium
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 3 lb
    beef eye round roast

How To Make steakhouse roast beef

    Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Line roasting pan with foil. In bowl, add chili sauce, steak seasoning, oregano, worcestershire, zest & tabasco; mix until combined.

    Pat roast dry with paper towels; place in roasting pan. Spread sauce mixture over all sides of roast. Roast 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F. Roast 35 minutes, for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing into thin slices.
