Ingredients

1 c
carrots, diagonally sliced
1 c
celery, sliced diagonally
1
garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp
oil
1 lb
beef round steak
1 can(s)
water chestnuts, sliced
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 lb
processed cheese, cubed

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, stir fry carrots, celery and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.

2Add steak.

3Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until steak is tender; drain.

4Reduce heat to low.

5Add water chestnuts, soy sauce and processed cheese spread; stir until cheese is melted.

6Serve over cooked rice.
