1 lbround steak

1/4 ccold water

2 Tbspflour

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspground cumin

8 oztomato sauce

1.5 cwater
-
1 Tbspcooking oil

hot cooked rice
How To Make steak & gravy

1Cut beef into bite-size pieces; brown in oil in skillet.

2Transfer to a slow cooker.

3Cover with water; add tomato sauce and seasonings.

4Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, or until meat is tender.

5In a small bowl, combine flour and cold water to make a paste; stir into liquid in slow cooker.

6Cover and cook on high 30 minutes longer or until gravy is thickened.

7Serve over rice or potatoes.
