pound steak to 1/2 inch thick. cut into 8 pieces. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. I prefer chopped onion and celery added.Place spoonfuls on each piece of steak. Roll up and secure with toothpick.Brown in shortening. add, soup, water and milk. cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. serve hot with remaining soup mixture poured over steaks. water may be added to make more gravey if desired.
