Combine beef, cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mixing well.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place some of the filling on the top half of the wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold top of wrapper over meat mixture to cover. Fold in sides, then finish rolling to seal. Continue with remaining wrappers. Fry in 2 inches of oil at 350 degrees until brown.
Combine ketchup, mustard and honey. SErve rolls with sauce.
