Ingredients

2 pkg
croissants
2 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
mozzarella cheese
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
2 Tbsp
garlic powder with parsley
2 tsp
red pepper flakes
2 pkg
spinach, frozen, thawed (10 oz box)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350.
2Cook the ground beef and spinach drain them and mix them together. Add Garlic Powder and Red Pepper Flakes.
3Take two of the rolls and make them into a kite shape put the mixture in put cheese on top and then fold them shut.
4Put in the oven utill they brown then put tomatoe sauce and cheese on top put back in the oven till cheese melts.
