Ingredients

1.5 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1
egg
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg
spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 c
beef broth
8 oz
tomato sauce
1/2 c
dry red wine
1 Tbsp
cornstarch

Step-By-Step

1Chop the spinach and mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

2Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch.

3Pour over meatballs.

4Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.

5Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot.
