Ingredients

2 lb
top loin steak
1
onion
1 pkg
brown gravy mix
1 c
water
1/4 c
tomato sauce
1/4 c
red wine
2 tsp
mustard
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
mixed herbs, dried
parsley for garnish
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

2Place in crockpot.

3Combine the remaining ingredients, except parsley, and pour over meat.

4Cover and cook on low 10 hours.

5Remove the meat and slice.

6Thicken sauce with flour mixed in a small amount of water.
