1Cook and drain ground beef. Cook and drain pasta. Let cool slightly. Heat up spaghetti sauce. Melt butter in small pan and let slightly cool. Beat egg slightly. After pasta and butter have cooled, mix together and then add egg. Place pasta mix in large greased baking dish. Cover with cottage cheese, then ground beef, then spoon on top desired amount of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for apx 35-40 mins. Pull out and top with cheese and re-bake until cheese is melted, hot and bubbly. Allow to cool for at least 10-15. Cut into squares like lasagna!
2Add a seasoned side salad with hot Italian bread for the side!
