Sour Cream Meatballs in Cream of Chicken Soup

Easy and tasty served with noodles or mashed potatoes. I received this recipe over 40 yrs. ago from my neighbor. While working at the church bazaar we made 1500 meatballs and they went over very well.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground chuck
2
eggs
1 c
breadcrumbs
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 soup can(s)
milk or water

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix ground chuck, eggs, breadcrumbs, dry onion soup and sour cream and blend well.
Roll into size meatball of your choice.

BROWN MEATBALLS IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MIN.

Mix cream of chicken soup with your choice of milk or water (or 1/2 milk and 1/2 water). Place meatballs in casserole dish and pour soup mixture over. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
