Ingredients For sour cream chili bake

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 - 15 oz can
    pinto beans, drained
  • 2 - 10 oz jar
    enchilada sauce
  • 1 - 10 oz can
    tomato sauce
  • 3 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1 c
    water
  • 6 c
    fritos
  • 16 oz
    sour cream, divided

How To Make sour cream chili bake

    Brown beef with onion.
  • 2
    Line crock pot with Reynolds Slow Cooker liner.

    Transfer meat/onion mixture to crock pot. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 2 C cheese, water & 1/2 of the sour cream. Reserve 1 C fritos. Crush the remaining 3 C fritos & add to the meat mixture. Cover & cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours.

    To serve, top each serving with the remaining sour cream, remaining cheese & reserved fritos.
