Souper Crockpot Roast

When I was growing up, my mom would place a chuck roast in aluminum foil, cover it with a mixture of cream of mushroom soup, and a package of onion soup. Then bake it in the oven for a few hours. After I got married, I adapted it for the crockpot. My husband likes my version even better!

Ingredients

2 lb
beef chuck roast
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom condensed soup
1 can(s)
mushrooms
1 can(s)
green beans, any style
1 pkg
lipton beefy onion soup
4 large
potatoes, cut in cubes

Step-By-Step

1Place beef chuck roast in the bottom of crockpot.
2Mix together all ingredients, except potatoes.
3Cover beef chuck roast with soup mixture.
4Add potatoes and cook for 6 hours.
