- 4 lb. chuck roast
- 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- onion, chopped
- 12 oz. can cola
- 1 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce
1Score roast in several places and fill each slit with a little salt & pepper.
2In skillet, sear roast on all sides. Transfer to sprayed 5-quart slow cooker/crock pot.
3Combine chili sauce, chopped onion, cola and Worcestershire & mix well. Pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
