I adopted this recipe because I liked the basic ingredients. I've put my own touches on it, changing and adding ingredients until it suited my tastes. I think I've developed a pretty good recipe! Please try it and let me know what you think.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For crock pot smoky barbequed roast

1 lgonion, chopped

1 lggreen pepper, chopped

2 lbchuck roast
-
1/2 cflour
-
salt and pepper, to taste

8 - 10 ozmushrooms, fresh or canned

1/2 cketchup (i used heinz)

1 cbarbeque sauce (i used sweet baby ray's)

1 cbeef broth
-
1 Tbspmolasses
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 tspliquid smoke
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-

How To Make crock pot smoky barbequed roast

1Spray crock pot with cooking spray.

2Cut roast into 1" strips. Place roast strips, flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish and mix to cover strips well.

3Place onions and pepper in crock pot. Add steak strips and top with mushrooms. Mix ketchup, barbecue sauce, beef broth, molasses, brown sugar, liquid smoke and soy sauce and add to crock pot. Cook on low for 7 hours.

4Serve with rice or noodles. Enjoy!
