I discovered smoked gouda a while back, and thought it would team well with burgers.

Ingredients

3/4 lb
lean ground beef
2/3 c
shredded smoked gouda
1 tsp
montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp
wright's liquid smoke seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients and shape into 3 patties.
2Grill or fry in skillet.
3Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
