Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef, i use ground sirloin
1
jalapoeno pepper, finely chopped
1
chipotle pepper, chopped (seeds and all)
1 Tbsp
adobo sauce
1 tsp
liquid smoke
1/2 Tbsp
onion powder
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4
strips of bacon
4 slice
of your favorite cheese (pepperjack would be awesome)
4
ciabatta rolls
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Seed and finely chop your jalapeno pepper
2Add your ground beef and the chopped jalapeno to a bowl
3Chop your chipotle pepper add that plus your adobo sauce to the ground beef and jalapenos
4Add your liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, onion powder and mayo to another bowl whisk together
5Combine all ingredients into the bowl with the ground beef and thoroughly mix with your hands
6Divide the ground beef into four sections and make your patties
7Cook the burgers however you see fit, I grilled them and finished them off in the oven to help melt the cheese, you do what you see fit. Cooking them in a cast iron skillet would be remarkable
8Don't forget to cook your bacon! I put mine in the oven at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes depending on your oven the cooking time may vary
9Once your burgers are cooked you can assemble them the way you see fit
