Slow Cooker Beef Stew

If you like to use potatoes, add them when you add the carrots and celery. I also eat this with rice, my boyfriend is Puerto Rican so he loves rice.

Ingredients

2 lb
beef chuck roast
1 large
onion
2 clove
garlic
1 pkg
lipton onion mix
1 1/2 c
baby carrots
1 small
celery stalks
3 pkg
beef bouillon, cubes
1/8 tsp
black peppercorns, whole
4 c
water ( to cover meat)

Step-By-Step

1Place Beef Chuck Roast in slow cooker, add onion, garlic,lipton onion mix, black pepper,diluted beef bouillon cubes and water.

2After about 3 hours on high, place the carrots and celery in the slow cooker so they dont get to tender.Add salt if need
