In a medium saucepan heat oil,add onions,celery,carrot,and bell pepper. Saute stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent,about 10 mins. Add oregano,thyme,and beef,breaking up beef with spoon. Saute unti beef is no longer pink.
Combine tomatoes,water and tomatoe paste, add to beef mixture.Cook for about 2 mins. Add worcester sauce,vingar,hot pepper sauce,salt and pepper.bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 10 mins. Serve on rolls.
You can serve over pasta, rice, mashed potatoes as well.
