Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck (or beef of your choice)
1 medium onion diced
1/4 cup green pepper diced
1/2 - 2/3 cup open pit bbq sauce ( or sauce of your choice)
1/3 cup ketcup (brooks is best)
1/4 cup wish bone western salad dressing (regular, lite or fat free)
1 tbs brown sugar
dash or 2 of garlic powder
salt / pepper to taste (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

In large skillet saute onion and green pepper , when soft add ground chuck and brown slightly ... remove excess grease .. add bbq sauce, ketcup, salad dressing, brown sugar, garlic powder and opitonal salt/pepper .. cook over medium heat about 5-7 minutes ,stir often. Serve
