Ingredients For sloppy italians

1 pkghot dog buns or other type of sandwich roll

1 lbground beef
-
2 cspaghetti sauce
-
1 Tbspgranulated garlic
-
1 TbspItalian seasoning

1/2 cricotta cheese
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1/4 cParmesan cheese, fat-free
How To Make sloppy italians

1In a skillet, brown ground beef drain. Add spaghetti sauce, granulated garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through.

2Meanwhile, combine ricotta, Parmesan and half of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses mix well.

3Spoon meat sauce into buns top with cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet.

4Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.

5Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is GBD (golden brown delicious).
