Slices of JAP Heaven on Toasted Cornbread Wedges

Dessert was Bea Liles "Homemade White Cake" that I added a cherry frosting to.
On Monday we still had tons of leftover and this is what I came up with. It was absolutely delish! And a great way to change up some leftovers.

- left over cornbread wedges
- left over smothered hamburger steak
- left over oven fries, chopped
- bell pepper, chopped
- onions, chopped
- tomato, diced
- black pepper
1Slice cornbread wedges in half; butter and toast in oven under broiler until browned.
2Mean while cut up hamburger steaks into bite size pieces and heat in leftover gravy. NOTE: you can zap in microwave or heat in a skillet on top of stove.
3In a small skillet, saute onion and peppers in a tablespoon of olive oil, just until hot but not completely tender. Add the oven fries and cook on med low heat until nice and warm.
4Once cornbread is toasted, remove from oven and place wedges on plates, spoon hamburger steak and gravy over bread, add potatoes to top. Top with diced tomatoes and spoon a little more gravy over tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper.
