Ingredients

2 c
raw potatoes, sliced
2 c
celery, thinly sliced
2 c
ground beef
1 c
green pepper, diced

15-17 oz. can tomatoes
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
green pepper slices for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Place the first 6 ingredients in order given in layers in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Garnish with green pepper slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
