Simple Tater Tot Casserole

- lean ground meat
- 1 small
- onion, diced
- 1/4 c
- 1 can(s)
- cream soup (mushroom, potato, any cream soup works)
- 1 c
- frozen mixed veggies
- 1 c
- shredded cheese
- 1 pkg
- frozen tator tots
- spices to taste - we use garlic powder, salt, pepper
1Brown ground meat and onions until cooked through.
2Spread in the bottom of ungreased baking dish deep enough for layers.
3Mix 1 can creamed soup and 1/4 cup milk. Pour evenly over meat mixture.
4Spread frozen vegetables over mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
5Dump bag of frozen tater tots over the top evenly. We usually sprinkle more shredded cheese on top of this because we love cheese. But it isn't necessary.
6Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
