Simple Tater Tot Casserole
cream soup (mushroom, potato, any cream soup works)
spices to taste - we use garlic powder, salt, pepper
Brown ground meat and onions until cooked through.
Spread in the bottom of ungreased baking dish deep enough for layers.
Mix 1 can creamed soup and 1/4 cup milk. Pour evenly over meat mixture.
Spread frozen vegetables over mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
Dump bag of frozen tater tots over the top evenly. We usually sprinkle more shredded cheese on top of this because we love cheese. But it isn't necessary.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
