Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
beef bouillon
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
panko bread crumbs, seasoned
1
egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp
ketchup
1/2 pkg
onion soup mix
1 pkg
brown gravy
1 1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix gently
2make oval shaped patties and make indents with knife criss cross wise.
3Brown in Butter 2 mins each side...should make about 6 patties.
4take out and rest.
5add the onion mix and brown gravy powder to pan and add in the water....whisk until thickened....add back the patties and simmer 20 mins.
