Shredded Italian Beef or Venison Sandwiches

Easy to make but it does take some time to make because it is slow cooked in a crockpot. It is delicious and easy!

Ingredients

1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
oregano
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
basil
1 c
italian dressing
2 c
water
5 lb
venison or beef roast

Step-By-Step

1Mix together all ingredients, except the roast, in a bowl. Set aside.
2Put roast into crockpot.
3Pour mixture over roast.
4Cook on low in the crockpot for 8 hours.
5Remove the meat, shred it with forks and return to the crockpot for 30 minutes.
6Serve on hoagie buns.
