beef sirloin steak, boneless
bq sauce, see link below
hamburger buns
condiment or relish of choice

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook steaks on med-high grill for about 7 min on each side. Let rest for a few minutes then slice thinly.

Place in pot and add just enough water to up almost up to top of meat. Simmer for aboaut 3 hrs. or till meat can be shredded.

Add bq sauce Basic Barbecue Sauce-low sodium and simmer about 30 min longer.
