Brown meat, stir until crumbly. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat, bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Sir in sour cream and chilies. Blend well in a 9x13 glass pan that has been lightly greased. Place 1/2 of the chips, 1/2 of beef mix, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients.
