1/4 cwhite corn meal
How To Make san antonio chili

1In dutch oven, brown ground meat; drain.

2Add seasoning and water; heat to boil.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

4Skim off fat.

5Stir in corn meal and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Variation: Try part ground beef, pork and venison as a substitute for the chili meat for a wonderfull flavor variation.
