Ingredients For "no peak" beef stew

  • 2 lb
    beef stew or chuck meat
  • 4 / 5 stick
    celery
  • 4 / 5
    potatoes
  • 4 / 5
    carrots
  • 3 lg
    onions
  • 15 oz
    can beef broth
  • 16 oz
    can stewed tomatoes
  • 5 Tbsp
    tapioca
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make "no peak" beef stew

    Cut up vegetables into bite sized pieces

    Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased medium sized roasting pan or Dutch oven.

    Cover and bake for 4 hours in a 325 F oven. Very important...."Don't peek" while baking.
