How To Make "no peak" beef stew

1Cut up vegetables into bite sized pieces

2Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased medium sized roasting pan or Dutch oven.

3Cover and bake for 4 hours in a 325 F oven. Very important...."Don't peek" while baking.
