beef stew or chuck meat
4 / 5 stick
celery
4 / 5
potatoes
4 / 5
carrots
3 large
onions
15 oz
can beef broth
16 oz
can stewed tomatoes
5 Tbsp
tapioca
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut up vegetables into bite sized pieces

Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased medium sized roasting pan or Dutch oven.

Cover and bake for 4 hours in a 325 F oven.
Very important...."Don't peek" while baking.
