round steak goulash as i call it



I have no idea were the recipe idea came from but I made it way back in the 80s for my family and we all liked it so here it is

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
chadder cheese soup
1 can(s)
green beans
beef top round steak, boneless


1Peel potatoes, then cut into bite size pieces place in crock pot then put the can of green beans in with the water you can use other can vegetables in but use only one with the water drain the others.
2Season your meat (you can use any kind of meat)and put in crock pot (you do not need to cut it up) then add both cans of soup put the lid on and let cook for about 8 hours or until meat falls apart if the gravy is not thick enough for you thicken with a package of gravy mix, just put mix in a small bowl ,add just enough of the hot liquid to mix it ,then add it a little at a time to the pot, let it summer for just a short time to thicken it then serve.
3The amounts of ingredients and times along with serving size is a rough guess as it all depends on the number of people
