Mothers day Starts the season for Lighting the BBQ and Family get togethers on the Patio, or In the Park, and even by the Lake.
This recipe is simply steak on the grill or in the pan.

Ingredients

3
boneless rib eye steaks 1
1 tsp
montreal steak seasoning
3 Tbsp
cooking oil or butter melted
3/4 tsp
fresh cracked pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic pdr

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat Charcoal Grill to Hot,
or
Heat your Skillet to ed High Heat.
Lather Steaks with Oil.

Combine, seasonings.
Rub over each steak
Add Steak to Grill or Skillet.
Turning ONLY ONCE, cook 4-5 Minuts for Med Rare steak
or till desired Doneness.
Check with a thermometer for Rare, Med, or Well done.
Place on Platter and Cover to keep warm.
