Pat's Notes:

This recipe is great for the outdoor picnic but can be made indoors too. This looks so good I think I will make it on the grill this afternoon! Yum the weather here is just right 77^. Las Vegas, baby, love it!!

Directions

1
Spray grate with non stick oil.Grill franks over direct medium heat.
---
Spread each frank on all sides with mustard, Wrap 3 slices of the pastrami around each frank.
2
Grill the wrapped franks on grill for 12 to 16 minutes or until heated through turning frequently. Serve franks hot on toasted rolls or use buns toasted; put on cheese and sauerkraut. Top with thousand island salad dressing.
3
Cook indoor.
Prepare franks as above. Place franks a a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 6-8 inches from heat source for 12-16 minutes turning often. Serve as above.

Pat 'The Reuben Dog' has been a featured sandwich here in Northern VA at The Celebrity Deli [a part of the New York Chain]. My Mom & I were devoted to ordering them every time we were shopping near there.

You have obviously found/or created a recipe honoring the Sandwich from Heaven! To all who have never tried this recipe, prepare yourselves for a mind bending experience!!! YUM. YUM.

Pat leave it to you to honor NYC while 'Holding Court' in Las Vegas! What a wonderful treat for a fun crowd dropping in for a card game.

Thank you for yet another outstanding recipe! LOL
