I really enjoy a good Reuben sandwich and so when I came across this recipe of course I had to give it a try. Yummmmm.

Ingredients For reuben casserole

  • 1 can
    12-oz corned beef
  • 1/4 c
    thousand island dressing
  • 1 can
    sauerkraut, canned, well drained
  • 1/2 lb
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 slice
    rye bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How To Make reuben casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2 quart glass baking dish.
  • 2
    Crumble corned beef into the baking dish, spread the thousand island dressing on top of beef. Place sauerkraut on top of dressing, sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs that have been tossed with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
