Got this recipe from a 1972 Family Circle "Cooking" cookbook. Thought it was different and sounded good, sThought I'd share

Ingredients

1 can(s)
1 lb julienne beets
2 can(s)
1 lb ea. corned beef hash
1 Tbsp
instant minced onions

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain beets and dry between paper towels,
Mix drained beets with other ingredients, tearing hash apart with a fork

Form into 8 thick patties

sautee slowly , turning only once until crusty brown in a large frying pan. ( no need to add any fat )

Serve hot with catsup or mustard if you wish
