can tomato soup
1. Prepare macaroni as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute green pepper and onion in margarine until transparent.
3. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato soup, kidney beans, salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add macaroni and heat through. Serves 4.
