Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
lean ground beef or turkey,cook and scramble
32 oz
can kidney beans and liquid
12 oz
can crushed tomatoes
2 c
spicy v-8
15 oz
can libby's pumpkin mix (the one with the spices already in)
15 oz
can solid pumpkin (libby's 100% pure)
1 c
chopped celery
1 c
chopped yellow and red bell peppers combined

Directions Step-By-Step

After browning and breaking up the meat, drain and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients in the crock pot.

Add the meat to the pot and mix.
Cover. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
