Ingredients

1 pkg flour tortilla's ( 6 inch)
1 bag(s) mashed potato mix ( prepared per package)
1 bag(s) shredded cheese
1 lb browned ground beef or ground turkey.. .whatever you prefer. seasoned

regina's Notes:

This is a super easy recipe that you can tweak yourself with ingredients..whatever you want to add to the potato ..it's up to you.

You can serve with sour cream, salsa or whatever you like. Kids will love this, it's so easy and quick to make!

 

Directions

Assemble ingredients so you can just scoop it out of the bowls to make it faster

Put Tortilla on a plate

Spread Mashed Potato's on top ( leave a 1/2 inch rim on outside of tortilla)

put Shredded Beef or other meat on top

Top with Shredded cheese

fold in half

Fry in some oil over medium heat till crispy on outside

Place on a paper towel to drain off excess oil...and enjoy:)

I am a huge texture eater and this sounds soo good, you have crunchy shell with creamy from potato and gooie cheese and then some chew from meat, all in a yummy combo

When I lived in texas somebody made these for me, and I never seen anybody make em since. They are delish!! Gonna have to make soon!! Thx for the recipe!!
