This is a great hearty meal given to me by an Arizona native. Delicious especially with corn bread.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
hamberger
1
onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can(s)
hominy
1 can(s)
whole kernal corn
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)
ranch style beans
1 can(s)
green chiles

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown hamberger and onions. Add canned ingredients
Stir together and simmer for at least 20 minutes

Tried this recipe but left out the hominy....used a large can of ranch beans and small can of corn. Made with corn bread. My husband and I liked it.
