Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
water
1 c
minute rice
1 lb
ground beef
1
egg slightly beaten
2 tsp
chopped onion
2 tsp
salt
dash of pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix soup with water

Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 of soup mixture
Mix lightly

Shape into 18 meatballs and place in skillet

Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil

Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Baste occasionally
