Ingredients For porcupine meatballs

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 canwater

1 cminute rice
-
1 lbground beef
-
1egg slightly beaten

2 tspchopped onion
-
2 tspsalt
-
dash of pepper
How To Make porcupine meatballs

1Mix soup with water

2Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 of soup mixture Mix lightly

3Shape into 18 meatballs and place in skillet

4Pour remaining soup mixture over meatballs and bring to a boil

5Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Baste occasionally
