Even before I was married, I heard about this recipe. I worked as a temp at a local soda packaging plant, and on lunch break, I smelled the most divine leftovers and covertly eavesdropped on the conversation about how they were made. Unfortunately, I was too shy to ask for the actual recipe, but, years later, after I had moved on to a permanent job elsewhere, that same person came to work at my new job and I asked her about it then (crazy stalker lady that I am). I took it out recently, dusted it off, and now we've decided it's going to be a fallback for when we need an easy meal!
