Ingredients For philly cheese steaks crock-pot style

    round steak sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    medium onion sliced
  • 2
    green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    beef bouillon
  • 8
    crusty italian or french rolls sliced in half
  • 8 slice
    chedder cheese cut in half

How To Make philly cheese steaks crock-pot style

    Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper in a crock-pot, stir to mix.

    Whisk together water and bouillon in a small bowl, pour into crock-pot and cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.

    Toast rolls on griddle or under broiler. Remove the meat, onions, and bell peppers from crock-pot and pile on the rolls. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.
