beef top round steak, boneless
fresh garlic, minced. don't use jarred garlic
Sliced beef thin, about 1/2 inch wide and 1/4 thick. This is easier to do if it's partially frozen.
Sliced onion in half, then sliced the halves.
Add seasonings and garlic to your beef and mix well
Cook beef for 15 minutes or until brown, then add onions. Don't over cook the onions, cook another 5 minutes.
Add your meat to the bun, top with cheese. You may want to microwave for about 30-45 seconds to melt the cheese. Enjoy!!
