Pepsi Pot Roast

I adapted this from a similar recipe I found. It's always a huge hit in my family, especially during the cold winter season. It's easy to prepare and enjoyable to experiment with. Although it might seem strange to include Pepsi in a pot roast, you'll find that the meat is wonderfully tender. You won't taste the Pepsi at all.

I serve this with noodles that I've tossed with butter and dried parsley leaves.
