I scored a package of beef stew chunks that were marked down almost half price at a local grocery store so I started looking for beef stew recipes. I found a couple on Pinterest but I didn't like all the ingredients that each called for so I decided to take two recipes and make one. The outcome was delicious!

2In a small bowl, mix together your soup, gravy mix, soup mix, and water. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture over meat and veggies.

3Add can of mushrooms on top. Stir until coated. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over top. Stir until combined. Cover with aluminium foil. Place in oven and bake for 3 hours.
