Ingredients

1 Tbsp
oil
8 oz
mushrooms
1 c
diced onion
4 clove
garlic minced
1 lb
ground beef
1 tsp
salt and smoked paprika
1/2 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
12 oz
mini penne pasta
4 c
beef broth
1/2 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add the beef and season with salt, paprika and pepper and cook until no longer pink.

2Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until pasta in al dente. Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream.

3Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
