This is an entire meal in one dish. Meat, potatoes and veggies. My kids thought it "gross" until they actually tasted it. I make a salad and bread to go with it and we have a meal. You can make this the night before, and pop it in oven that evening for a quick meal.

Ingredients For one meal, one dish

  • 2 cans
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups
    grated cheese (i use colby/cheddar mixed)
  • 2 cans
    diced potatoes
  • 1 can
    purple hull peas (drained)
  • 1 can
    whole kernal corn (drained)
  • 1lb
    ground beef, browned and drained ( u can use more if u like alot of meat)

How To Make one meal, one dish

    In a seperate bowl, mix the soup with either milk or water to make it good and creamy.

    In a casserole dish, spray with pam, add layer of potatoes, layer of ground beef,(season with your choice of seasonings ex: salt/pepper natures seasoning/soul seasoning) pour part of soup mixture over that, then layer peas, then corn. Pour rest of soup mixture, then sprinkle with seasonings again. Cover with grated cheese. Cover dish with foil and put in oven, bake on 350 until heated throughly.
